We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service across a range of commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients across multiple industries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, renewals, and policy servicing
  • Work closely with insurers and internal teams to negotiate competitive terms and coverage
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance account management
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver tailored solutions
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) are desirable
