✨ Account Manager (Hybrid) – Newcastle upon Tyne

We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships , understanding client goals , and working with internal teams to deliver great outcomes ✅
What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of customers and strengthen long-term relationships
- Identify needs and shape solutions with colleagues across the business
- Manage renewals , account growth and customer success
- Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date
- Lead stakeholder conversations , proposals and presentations
✅ What we’re looking for
- Experience in account management / customer success / relationship-led sales
- Strong communication and organisation ✅
- Comfortable with targets and commercial goals
- Confident using a CRM + MS Office
Experience guide: typically 5+ years relevant experience ⏳ (but we’re open to discussing your background ).
Location - Hybrid role based from our Newcastle office .
