As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects—engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and sparking interest in our design and project management solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify, approach, and qualify new business prospects.
- Use a mix of outreach methods including cold calls, email sequences, and social selling.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of engaged leads.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team, creating high-quality opportunities.
- Log activity accurately and maintain high standards of CRM hygiene.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers.
- Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A self‑starter with a passion for smashing targets.
- Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Role Details
- Location: Cambridge
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic
- OTE: Additional commission
