The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience while contributing to the overall commercial success of the boutique. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalised styling advice that reflects the brand’s effortless, modern approach to fashion. A strong focus on clienteling and achieving sales targets will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience at all times
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Build, maintain, and develop a personal client book, driving repeat business through proactive clienteling
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to support clients in building their wardrobe
• Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, trends, and product features
• Support store operations including visual standards, stock organisation, and maintaining the boutique environment
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail
• Proven ability to work in a KPI-driven sales environment
• Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Passion for fashion and styling with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, sales-driven, and highly motivated
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
