We are expanding our international presence and are seeking an experienced wholesale sales agent to help grow our brand across Europe and the United States by building strong relationships with retailers and buyers.

Position Overview

Moonmains is looking for an experienced and well-connected Wholesale Sales Agent who has an established network of buyers at luxury boutiques, department stores, and leading online retailers across Europe and the USA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Moonmains’ wholesale distribution, introducing the brand to high-end retail partners, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure wholesale partnerships with luxury boutiques, department stores, and online retailers.
• Utilize existing relationships with retail buyers to introduce and position Moonmains within premium retail markets.
• Present collections and manage wholesale orders with retail partners.
• Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery timelines with buyers.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Moonmains’ presence in Europe and the USA.
• Represent the brand at fashion trade shows and industry events when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
• Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wholesale fashion sales, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
• Established network of retail buyers across Europe and the United States.
• Strong relationships with luxury boutiques, department stores, and online fashion retailers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable sales results.
• Experience presenting fashion collections to buyers and managing wholesale accounts.
• Knowledge of international fashion markets and retail trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with emerging or contemporary fashion brands.
• Access to a strong network of luxury retail stores and fashion e-commerce platforms.
• Experience attending or representing brands at fashion trade shows.

• Commission-based structure , depending on experience and network.
