We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Steel Framed Systems (SFS)

Our client is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to help grow their Steel Framing Systems (SFS) in a thriving region.
What You’ll Do
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in increasing the penetration and sales of Steel Framing Solutions. You will:
- Develop deep relationships with SFS subcontractors, main contractors, developers, and Architects subcontractors.
- Generate sales in line with regional targets and budgets.
- Protect and develop specifications by working closely with internal teams and influencing key decision makers.
- Track, forecast, and manage a healthy project pipeline using project tracking software.
- Deliver CPD presentations and provide technical/commercial guidance to customers.
- Support and grow existing key accounts while identifying and winning new opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly self‑motivated, organised, and target‑driven.
- Experienced in building project‑led opportunities that convert to orders.
- A strong communicator in person, in writing, and across digital channels.
- Capable of managing technical and commercial conversations with designers, specifiers, engineers, and contractors.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in project tracking and pipeline management.
- Knowledgeable about the construction supply chain sectors, with good awareness of product applications.
