Enterprise Account Executive

Propel is looking for a Enterprise Account Executive

Job description

Enterprise Account Executive – Mission Critical Construction

ConTech | North America | Remote

Our client is a VC-backed, category-defining ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered.

With strong funding, proven product-market fit, and deployments across major global projects, they are now scaling their commercial team in North America. They are hiring two Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth across Mission Critical sectors — specifically Data Centers and critical healthcare infrastructure.

The Role

You’ll own revenue end-to-end across strategic Mission Critical accounts, working directly with owners, developers, and senior project leadership teams responsible for delivering large-scale, high-capex projects.

This is a true enterprise hunter role — prospecting, landing, and expanding complex deals, while positioning the platform as critical infrastructure for project execution.

You’ll be selling into environments where schedule certainty, risk mitigation and operational performance are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do

  • Close $1M+ TCV enterprise SaaS deals within mission-critical construction environments
  • Prospect and develop pipeline across Data Center owners and critical healthcare developers
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership
  • Lead value-driven sales conversations focused on schedule certainty, risk reduction and ROI on major capital projects
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with C-suite, VPs of Engineering, Operations and PMO leadership
  • Manage accurate pipeline forecasting and deal structuring across complex sales cycles
  • Represent the company at key industry events and summits within the mission-critical ecosystem

About You

  • Proven enterprise SaaS seller closing $1M+ TCV deals — must
  • Currently selling into Data Center owners or mission-critical healthcare environments — must
  • Deep understanding of the Data Center lifecycle, from design through construction, commissioning, and operations
  • Comfortable discussing construction technology and project delivery frameworks such as BIM, digital twins, project scheduling, and modular construction
  • Familiar with the operational realities of mission-critical infrastructure, including MEP systems, power, and cooling infrastructure
  • Strong track record navigating 6–18-month enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly consultative seller who leads with value, ROI and risk mitigation, not price
  • Strong relationship builder capable of engaging C-suite and senior engineering leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build pipeline and drive growth in a scaling environment

Why Join

  • 2 strategic growth hires across North America
  • Remote role (working across EST / CST / MT time zones)
  • Competitive base + strong commission structure
  • Equity participation
  • Comprehensive benefits (health, 401k match, PTO etc.)
  • Join a well-funded ConTech leader scaling rapidly across mission-critical infrastructure
