Role: Area Sales Manager – Resin Flooring Coatings

Location: Home Based – Scotland & Ireland Coverage

Salary: £55,000 Basic, uncapped bonus, pension, healthcare + CAR

Area Sales Manager – Resin Flooring Coatings:

My client is a leading global manufacturer of resin flooring systems and a Fortune 500 company. To accelerate their growth, they are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover the Scottish & Irish region.

The role is to successfully secure product specification for upcoming projects by meeting and dealing with architects and specifiers, presenting CPD presentations and producing daily specifications. This is a field-based role where you will manage your own diary in an autonomous manner, while being part of a well-supported and close-knit team. The role reports into a Regional Sales Manager.

Area Sales Manager – Resin Flooring Coatings – Candidate Requirements:

• It is essential that the successful candidate has successfully sold via specification in the past. Ideally this would be in resin flooring coatings, but other specification-led construction products will also be considered.
• Strong history of dealing with architects, preparing specifications and delivering CPD presentations.
• You must be based in Scotland and be prepared to cover the Scottish & Irish territory.
• Experience selling into Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical markets would be advantageous.
