The Senior Beef Scheme Manager will lead the delivery and growth of our clients expanding network of partner farms across Scotland. Leveraging your expertise in cattle production systems, you will work directly with farmers, building strong relationships and providing guidance to ensure consistent high-quality production and performance across the supply chain. With excellent leadership skills, you will inspire and mentor a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and driving excellence. Responsibilities:
- To manage and support contracted livestock farmers within a designated area
- To maintain the high-quality performance levels across the farms
- To lead and mentor a growing team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
- To actively explore new partnering farms to support business growth
- To promote the business through industry contacts, attending events and exhibitions

- A strong interest and experience of cattle farming systems
- An excellent communicator with the ability to converse well with farmers
- Well connected within the farming industry with a strong network
- A relationship builder, able to cultivate business relationships effectively

- Self motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Exceptional organisational skills, working to tight deadlines and prioritising work
- Resilience and able to adapt quickly to change
- Works well in a team, helping to deliver team goals
- Willingness to travel in a designated area
- Full driving licence
