The Role

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients
• Manage client flow, queues, and appointments in a high-traffic luxury setting
• Act as the first point of contact, representing the boutique with poise and confidence
• Support sales teams by ensuring clients are directed and attended to efficiently
• Maintain a calm, polished front of house during peak periods
• Uphold impeccable presentation and service standards at all times

The Profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or high-end hospitality
• Strong presence, articulate communication, and natural warmth
• Immaculate grooming and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed, discreet, and professional under pressure
