At Gallo, we’re proud to be one of the world’s leading wine and drinks businesses – combining scale, heritage and world‑class brands with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. As our portfolio continues to evolve, we’re looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to help drive our wholesale performance while playing a hands‑on role in launching and building exciting new RTD brands.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into account management, with the chance to balance commercial ownership with creativity and brand building.

The Role

This role is split across two exciting and complementary areas:

60% – Wholesale Account Management You’ll take responsibility for managing and developing key wholesale customers, with full accountability for volume, value and profit delivery across the Gallo portfolio. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities and execute joint business plans that deliver sustainable results.

40% – Building New RTD Brands You’ll play a pivotal role in launching and scaling new RTD brands from the ground up. From winning first distribution to activating in market, this is a hands‑on, creative role that goes well beyond the desk. You’ll bring brands to life through tastings, displays, events and customer engagement – making sure new products don’t just list, but truly sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver volume and financial targets across a defined wholesale customer base.
  • Build and execute customer plans that drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale.
  • Identify and secure new distribution opportunities for emerging RTD brands.
  • Activate brands in market through tastings, staff engagement, events and eye‑catching. Displays.
  • Work closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain and commercial planning.
  • Track performance, analyses results and continuously look for ways to improve execution.

About You

This role is ideal for someone ready to step up into account management and take on more ownership.

You’ll likely have:

  • Experience as a Sales Rep, Brand Ambassador, Account Executive or similar role, ideally within the drinks industry
  • A strong commercial mindset, with a desire to own targets and drive results
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a genuine passion for engaging customers and consumers
  • Confidence running tastings, building displays and being visible in the market
  • A creative streak and the drive to build something new from scratch
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Most importantly, you’ll bring pace, positivity and ambition – someone who loves being out in the trade just as much as shaping plans behind the scenes.
