Bodied is one of East London's most in-demand recovery studios, zero woo, evidence-led, and built for people who take their bodies seriously. We're not a spa and we're not a clinic. We sit at the intersection: catching people before small niggles become chronic.

We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled, qualified therapist who wants to build a career, not just fill shifts.

This role is not for beauty therapists. Unqualified candidates will not be considered.

What we're looking for

You'll have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience and strong competency in at least 3 of the following:

• Level 5 soft tissue therapy
• Level 3 massage therapy
• Advanced deep tissue massage
• Pregnancy massage
• Lymphatic drainage massage

You must hold an active membership with a recognised bodywork or complementary health association and be committed to ongoing CPD.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sports, deep tissue, relaxation and pregnancy massage treatments in-studio
• Provide thorough aftercare advice and communicate treatment plans clearly with clients
• Act as a Bodied brand ambassador at events, representing our values around recovery, healthy ageing and community (professional-level English required)
• Deliver treatments off-site at brand events and activations
• Maintain studio cleanliness, ambience, and hygiene to the highest standard
• Open and close the studio in line with building and employee guidelines
• Manage studio linens with our laundry service provider
• Handle client queries in person and by phone with warmth and professionalism
• Collaborate with the wider team on scheduling, shift updates, and studio operations

You must be available to work three shifts per week and at least two weekends per month.

Requirements:

• Level 5 soft tissue therapy (highly desirable)
• Level 3 / holistic massage therapy: 2 years (required)
• Deep tissue massage: 2 years (required)
• CPD qualification in pregnancy massage (required)
• Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)
