Frontier Consulting is seeking CCT-qualified GPs to join a leading heathcare clinic in Williams Landing Melbourne. This isn't just a clinic; it's a state-of-the-art Health Hub designed to let you focus 100% on patients while the infrastructure handles the rest.

The Rewards:

• Income: AUD $350k – $400k (£180k – £200k+) per annum
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000 (Generous lump sum) provided with 7 days of starting
• Uncapped Earning Potential: Transition from a $160/hr guarantee to a lucrative 70% billings model after 3 months. With high patient demand and optimized Medicare incentives, most GPs exceed the guarantee rate within their first 8 weeks.
• Clinical Autonomy: Practice medicine your way, supported by technology-enabled systems.

Eligibility:

• MRCGP (with CCT) or MICGP (with CSCST).
• GPST3 trainees in their final year are welcome!
