I’m currently supporting a key client who is looking for an experienced Logging Engineer (Geotechnical) to join their team on an Inside IR35 contract, working on major infrastructure and coastal projects across the South Coast.

About the Role

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in geotechnical logging (soil & rock)
• Chalk geology expertise – essential
• Background in coastal geology, including geomorphology & marine‑influenced ground conditions
• Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., BS5930)
• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and maintain high‑quality field records
