Primera FM are specialists in M&E works with 50+ expertly trained engineers supporting clients with Commercial & Domestic Gas, HVAC, BMS, Electrical and Fire Alarm works. As a business we are experienced in reactive, planned and project works for the Commercial and Industrial sector.


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial gas systems in various properties. This role requires a strong understanding of gas safety regulations and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:


- Install, maintain and repair commercial gas systems, including boilers, heaters and other gas appliances.


- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with gas safety regulations.


- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with gas systems and provide effective solutions.


- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of gas appliances to ensure optimal performance.


- Response to emergency callouts and provide timely and efficient repairs.


- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.


- Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in gas engineering.


Ideal Candidate:


- Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer


- Relevant qualifications and certifications in gas engineering e.g. Gas Safe Registered


- Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and best practices.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Strong communication and customer service skills.


- Valid Drivers Licence and willingness to travel to various sites.


- Ability to commit to an on-call rota.
