The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Sales Manager to join a growing business in the industrial protective coatings sector.

This role is focused on driving sales growth across the UK, targeting key markets.

The Role

• Develop and execute a UK sales strategy
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and engineering clients
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions
• Track market activity and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales (essential)
• Experience in industrial coatings, surface treatments, or corrosion protection (essential)
• ICORR / NACE accredited (preferred)
• Strong background in new business development and account management
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a field-based territory
