Strategic Business Development Representative

The Opportunity


  • You’ll step into a highly profitable company with real customers and real demand

What You’ll Actually Be Doing


This role is split across new pipeline + reactivation:


  • Engaging trading firms, asset managers, and crypto-native companies
  • Re-opening warm relationships and stalled deals
  • Introducing new products into existing accounts
  • Working closely with Sales Leads on real opportunities
  • Running thoughtful, multi-channel outbound (not templated spam)


Not just booking meetings. Shaping pipeline inside a high-value institutional ecosystem.


What Makes This Different

What They’re Looking For


  • Experience in BDR / SDR roles selling into enterprise or institutional buyers
  • Comfortable working both top-of-funnel and mid-funnel
  • Process-driven — you know how to work a defined account list
  • Able to manage yourself in a remote, high-trust environment
  • Strong communicator — clear, concise, credible


And importantly:


  • You're either crypto native or you’re deeply DeFi curious and already learning
  • You’re already using AI in your workflow (and want to go further with it)
