Job description

We’re looking for an ambitious and people-focused Sales Manager to lead multiple on-site sales teams across a portfolio of high value, new build residential developments across London.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a network of sales teams across multiple sites
  • Using performance data, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Taking ownership of the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Identifying trends in buyer behaviour and refining sales strategies accordingly
  • Ensuring all sales activity is accurately tracked and managed through CRM systems
  • Supporting and coaching team members to maximise their potential and results
  • Overseeing sales progression to ensure timelines and targets are consistently met
  • Managing team resourcing, rotas, and overall operational efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance, governance, and customer service


The impact you’ll have

You’ll play a key role in delivering significant revenue across a varied portfolio, driving performance while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience at every stage.


Who you’ll work with

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams including marketing, construction, finance, and customer service, while also building strong relationships with external partners such as agents, solicitors, and financial advisors.

  • Strong background in sales leadership, ideally within a new homes property developer, with a focus on London led developments.
  • A natural leader with a passion for coaching and developing others
  • Commercially aware, with a data-led approach to decision-making
  • Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes
