We’re hiring: Residential Specification Manager – South

Field-based | South East & South West England UK

Full-time | Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Residential Specification Manager to join our team and help grow specification sales across the South East & South West England UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a specification sales professional with strong relationships in the social housing and residential sectors, who’s passionate about developing new opportunities and driving growth.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Securing specification across the Luceco residential portfolio, including:

• Circuit Protection

• Electrical Accessories

• EV Chargers

• HEMS Renewables

• LED Lighting

✅ Driving new opportunities within:

• Social Housing

• Local Authorities

• Housing Associations

• Student Accommodation

✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, housing providers and electrical contractors

✅ Working closely with Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to deliver new and existing specifications

✅ Delivering engaging presentations on Luceco’s products, strategy and support offering

What we’re looking for:

✔ Proven experience in electrical manufacturing sales

✔ Strong understanding of Local Authority and Housing Association sectors

✔ A track record of sales growth and specification wins

✔ Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

✔ Highly organised, self‑motivated and commercially focused
