The Brief
Job Summary:
This is a first-of-its-kind hire, sitting at the intersection of SDR leadership and Sales Operations.
You’ll take ownership of a small but growing SDR team (circa 5 reps), while also building the operational backbone of the sales function. The business is currently CRO-led on the SDR side, with limited structure, tooling, and process in place—creating a strong opportunity for someone to step in and build a high-performing, scalable engine.
On the management side, you’ll coach and develop SDRs, improve performance (particularly within underperforming segments), and refine outbound strategy across targeting, messaging, and segmentation.
On the operations side, you’ll own HubSpot, improve data quality, introduce better processes, and help implement the right tools to support scale. You’ll play a key role in improving pipeline visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys building from scratch, working closely with leadership, and driving both strategic and operational improvements.
Experienced Required:
- Experience in SDR Management, Sales Operations, or a hybrid role
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (essential)
- Background in B2B SaaS or a VC-backed environment
- Experience supporting SDR + AE sales motions
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation and outbound strategy
- Comfortable working in early-stage / high-growth environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with funnel and performance data
The Application Process
- Introductory call
- Practical task/case study
- Final interview with leadership/founders
