Commercial Executive – Sales Enablement | Energy Transition | London


Brightsmith is scaling rapidly across Europe and the US, and we’re hiring a Commercial Executive to sit at the centre of our revenue engine.


This is not a traditional marketing role.


This is a commercial, delivery-focused position working directly with our CCO and Commercial Director to drive pipeline, support live mandates and elevate how we engage clients across the energy transition.


You will be responsible for ensuring everything we produce, from proposals to campaigns, directly supports revenue, conversion and credibility.


What you’ll be doing


• Supporting pipeline development and conversion across executive search mandates

• Creating high-quality proposals, pitch decks and client materials

• Partnering with consultants on live searches with tailored, client-facing content

• Running targeted LinkedIn, email and campaign activity tied to commercial outcomes

• Owning the newsletter and broader campaign calendar

• Supporting events, roundtables and conferences to drive engagement and pipeline

• Translating market insight into clear, compelling and commercially relevant content

• Tracking performance and linking activity directly to revenue impact


What we’re looking for


• Exceptional communication skills and strong commercial awareness

• Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement or commercial operations

• Advanced PowerPoint, Canva and document creation skills

• Highly detail-oriented with a high bar for quality

• AI-first mindset, using tools to improve speed and output

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM and campaign execution

• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
