Founder's Associate

Native is looking for a Founder's Associate

Job description

We are a VC-backed AI startup building the world's most accurate AI for database reasoning. This is hard. This is an unsolved problem that once solved will change how every enterprise operates.

We recently achieved rank 1 on the industry standard benchmark. Our research team is based in London. Everyone has high agency, is obsessed with the problem we're solving, embraces the intensity of a 6-day week, and has the ambition to build something world-changing.

About the role

You'll work alongside the founders to keep things running smoothly as we grow. The work is varied, including scheduling, chasing, logistics, making sure nothing gets forgotten. You'll be the person the founders lean on to handle whatever comes up day-to-day.

  • Help manage calendars, scheduling, and travel for the founding team
  • Chase up loose ends, follow-ups, reminders, making sure things actually get done
  • Support hiring by coordinating interviews, booking rooms, and keeping candidate pipelines tidy
  • Help with admin, finance, sponsorships, processing expenses, tracking invoices, liaising with accountants
  • Act as a point of contact for external parties where needed, recruiters, vendors, landlords
  • Jump into whatever else comes up, the remit is broad and changes week to week

Who you are

  • Recent graduate (2025/2026) from a top university, any discipline
  • Organised and reliable, things don't slip when you're involved
  • Fast and proactive, you don't wait to be chased
  • Happy doing unglamorous work and doing it well, outcomes focused
  • Good with people, friendly, responsive, professional
  • Comfortable in a chaotic environment where priorities shift quickly

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or experience at a startup, VC firm, or in consulting/banking
  • Familiarity with coding, ability to build agents to automate internal processes
  • Experience with CRM, project management, or no-code tools

Why join us

  • Access: You'll sit next to the founders and see every dimension of building an AI company, product, research, commercial, fundraising, hiring
  • Growth: This is the fastest way to learn how startups actually work. Former founder's associates typically go on to start companies, lead teams, or move into senior operating roles
  • Impact: You won't be fetching coffee. You'll own projects that directly shape the trajectory of the company
  • Team: A small, world-class group of people in central London, flat hierarchy, who are building something that matters

Culture

We look for people with exceptional ability who want to win. Everyone loves building and is ambitious enough to want to change how the world operates for the better. We run towards hard problems. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are intrinsically motivated, and want to have a huge impact, we're a great fit.
