Gaming Specialist – Affiliate Programme

London – Hybrid – 3 days a week

£150 - £200 Per Day (Outside IR35) – 6-month Contract Initially

Our client is a fast-growing retailer looking who are looking at scaling their gaming team. This role is for a Gaming Specialist to join their gaming team on building out an affiliate programme across platforms like Twitch and Discord. You’ll work on identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliates, while supporting campaigns that engage and grow online communities.

You’ll need to have experience in managing and developing relationships with gaming affiliates and content creators, while supporting and executing campaigns across Twitch and Discord. You’ll engage directly with creator communities to drive participation and performance, and play a key role in shaping how the brand collaborates with gaming talent.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Twitch and Discord communities
• Background in managing streams, creators, or affiliate campaigns
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and creator ecosystems
• A genuine passion for gaming and online communities
