Paraplanner / Wealth Planning Associate

London/Hybrid

Salary up to £60k + attractive bonus and benefits


My client is looking for an organised, proactive and client‑focused Paraplanner to join their growing Wealth Management team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex financial challenges, and want to play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes, this could be the perfect next step. This is a client facing role with route to becoming an Adviser.


What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting advisers with high‑quality wealth planning analysis and research
  • Preparing suitability reports, cashflow modelling and annual reviews
  • Guiding clients through onboarding and providing clear, confident communication throughout
  • Collaborating with wider team and custodians to ensure smooth asset transfers
  • Contributing to process improvements and wider business projects


What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Paraplanner and minimum Level 4 diploma qualified
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
