Area Manager – North West

Field-Based + Remote

A well-established and growing provider within the Audiology & Optical sector is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead regional performance and support continued expansion across the North West of England.

This is a key leadership role that combines people management, commercial oversight, and partner engagement, and involves working closely with a network of independent healthcare practices.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Audiologists and support colleagues
• Strengthening relationships with partner practices to drive mutual growth
• Supporting new site launches and ongoing regional expansion
• Monitoring performance through KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery across the region
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to support operational and commercial objectives

About You

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a healthcare, retail, or clinical environment
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance
• A track record of developing teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Confident operating in a field-based, autonomous role
• Background in healthcare essential, Audiology/Optics advantageous
