The Role – What You’ll Own:

• Run the store day-to-day and keep everything sharp, smooth, and on point

• Boost footfall through events, local marketing, and social media

What You Bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager (or similar) in retail or hospitality
• Strong commercial instincts and confidence working with KPIs
• A hands-on leadership style — you lead by example
• Energy, drive, and a passion for customer experience
• A team-first mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire
