Our client is investing heavily in ecommerce across EMEA and scaling its digital capabilities to unlock the next phase of growth. With Amazon positioned as a critical revenue driver, this newly elevated role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-growth channel and shape its long-term trajectory across multiple European markets.

The Amazon EU Manager (3P) will operate with real autonomy, influence senior stakeholders, and directly impact commercial success across EMEA.

The Amazon EU Manager (3P) will take full ownership of Amazon performance, driving strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation across the region.

About the Role:

• Own full P&L for Amazon across EMEA markets
• Shape and deliver a multi-year ecommerce growth roadmap
• Lead Seller Central operations, catalogue optimisation, and conversion improvements
• Drive performance marketing across Sponsored Ads and DSP
• Identify new growth levers including expansion, bundles, and subscriptions

About You:

• Proven Amazon Seller Central experience across EMEA markets
• Track record of owning and scaling Amazon P&L performance
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional level
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence using performance metrics
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Commercial curiosity with a test-and-learn approach to growth
• Multi-market European experience ideally
• Additional EU languages would be a bonus
