Call Centre Sales Agent – Healthcare Industry

We are currently seeking a Call Centre Sales Agent to join a fast-paced and growing healthcare clinic team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in call centres, telesales, retail, or customer service who enjoy engaging with people, achieving targets, and delivering excellent service over the phone.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into confirmed appointments, and ensuring the clinic schedule is consistently full and well-managed.

Hours & Location

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Location: Onsite, Ballymena
• Base Salary: £25,000
• On Target Earnings: £35,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Convert enquiries and leads into booked appointments
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient bookings
• Follow up with leads to maximise conversions and clinic capacity
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call
• Maintain accurate records and update patient information
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and booking targets
• Represent the clinic in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
• Assist with general administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, retail, hospitality, or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
• Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ambitious with a desire to grow and progress
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential
