About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Store Manager to lead our Keswick store, driving both sales performance and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Profit Growth – Maximise turnover and profitability through strong commercial awareness

• Customer Experience – Lead from the front to deliver outstanding service

• Team Development – Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team

• Visual Merchandising – Maintain high store presentation standards

• Stock Management – Ensure optimal stock levels and minimise shrinkage

• Security & Loss Prevention – Maintain store security and reduce stock loss

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in retail and knows how to motivate a team to achieve great results.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Retail store management experience (outdoor, sports, or fashion retail preferred)

✔ Commercially focused with strong KPI awareness

✔ Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

✔ Strong leadership and team development skills

✔ Highly organised with excellent operational management abilities
