The role

This is a stand-alone position with two distinct target markets, each accounting for roughly half the focus.

The first is Heads of TA, TA Directors, and HRDs at international businesses with complex hiring needs and lean internal teams. The second is sales leaders in SaaS businesses, where we place embedded recruiters to support high-growth commercial hiring.


You won't be handed a script. You'll design the approach, run the sequences, open senior-level conversations, and work directly with the founder to convert them. Over time, you'll take increasing ownership of the full sales process.


What you'll be doing

- Owning outbound strategy and execution across UK and Europe

- Targeting TA/HR leaders and sales leaders in SaaS in equal measure

- Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and multi-touch sequences

- Working with high-quality data including direct mobiles and clear hiring signals

- Qualifying opportunities and attending sales calls with the founder

- Feeding insight back into messaging and go-to-market strategy


Who this is for

- An experienced SDR, not entry-level

- Comfortable selling into senior HR, TA, and SaaS sales stakeholders

- Results-focused, money-motivated, happy operating independently

- Wants to be involved in the full sales journey, not just the top of funnel

**Essential background**

- Proven track record selling into Heads of Recruitment, TA, HR, or sales leadership

- Experience in recruitment services, HR/TA SaaS, or people technology

- Able to design outbound strategy, not just execute it
