Amazon Key Account Manager
Bridgend, 2 days per week (commute costs will be covered if not local)
£60,000
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of a key online retail partnership across multiple European markets. This role is all about managing day-to-day trading, rolling out commercial plans, and driving performance across different regions.
It’s a hands-on role, perfect for someone who understands how marketplace partnerships work and is comfortable owning performance from end to end.
A bit about the role
- Manage key marketplace accounts across the UK and wider Europe
- Execute trading plans, including promotions and pricing updates
- Keep a close eye on performance, stock availability, and account health
- Be the go-to for day-to-day queries and troubleshooting
- Track weekly performance, spot risks early, and take action
- Keep data, reporting, and systems up to date
- Support busy trading periods and wider European initiatives
A bit about you
- Experience managing large online retail or marketplace accounts
- Good understanding of trading, forecasting, and promotions
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple markets
- Confident working with data, reporting, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
