Sales Manager | Data Centres | New Business | £70–£75K + Bonus + Car | South / Midlands | Remote


We’re working with a growing UK business that has seen significant investment and strong commercial success over the past few years. Following a recent PE-backed transformation and continued growth, they’re now expanding into the non-regulated / private sector market, with a clear focus on the data centre space.


This is a key hire, sitting within a newly evolving sales function, working alongside a recently appointed Sales Director and wider leadership team. The business already has strong market presence, particularly across public sector and infrastructure clients, and is now looking to build out its footprint across data centres and private sector clients.


This is a pure new business role, suited to someone with a hunter mentality who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and driving revenue growth in a developing market.

In the role you will:


  • Drive new business across the data centre and private sector market
  • Build relationships with EPCs, IPCs and key stakeholders in the data centre ecosystem
  • Sell a range of niche semiconductor and technical products into complex environments
  • Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy in a new vertical
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities through to close, with a focus on long-term value
  • Represent the business at client meetings and industry events (UK and international)


We’re looking for someone with experience selling into data centre environments, with a strong understanding of how projects are built, sold and delivered — rather than deep technical infrastructure knowledge. A background in new business sales within technical or engineering-led environments will be key.


The role is paying £70,000–£75,000 + £5K car allowance + bonus, with strong earning potential (current team achieving £20–50K per quarter in commission). It’s a remote role covering the South / Midlands, with regular face-to-face client engagement, so someone comfortable with travel is essential. All travel expenses, including international events, are covered.


The business is going through an exciting period of growth, with a new CEO, COO and Sales Director in place — making this a great opportunity to join at an early stage of expansion and have a real impact.
