A fast‑growing UK cyber security organisation is expanding its sales team and hiring two Business Development Managers to drive new business across services including SOC/XDR, Incident Response, Pen Testing, Compliance, and Cyber Consultancy.
This is a high‑energy, hunter‑focused role for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, loves building pipelines from scratch, and wants to sell industry‑leading cyber solutions backed by a team of 150+ security specialists.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full new business sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Building a cold desk into a thriving pipeline
- Outbound‑heavy activity: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking
- Selling a broad portfolio of cyber security services
- Retaining and growing the customers you win
- Working closely with supportive managers and peers to sharpen your craft
What You’ll Bring
- Proven new business sales experience
- A genuine hunter mentality and comfort starting from zero
- Ideally experience selling cyber services (e.g., Pen Testing, Cyber Essentials Plus)
- Evidence of hitting or exceeding aggressive targets

Salary is up to £40,000 + earning potential of double OTE. This is a mainly remote role with the occasional catch up in the office in the North of England.
