About the Company

I’m currently working on a really interesting opportunity within the infrastructure / highways sector, focused on bridge deck waterproofing systems across the UK. This is a niche position with a well-established manufacturer that’s continuing to invest in its infrastructure offering.

About the Role

This is a field-based role with a strong emphasis on building relationships with Tier 1 contractors, consultancies, and asset owners, as well as influencing specifications on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Driving business development across highways and civil engineering projects
• Engaging with contractors, local authorities, and consultants
• Delivering technical presentations and supporting specifications
• Managing projects from early engagement through to installation

Qualifications

• Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, or construction chemicals
• Background in sales / business development within civils or infrastructure
• Strong network across highways, contractors, or consultancies
• Technically credible and commercially driven
