Client Account Manager

Finura is looking for a Client Account Manager

Job description

About the Company

Financial planning at Finura starts with people, not products. This role keeps that promise real for clients every day. Finura helps clients feel clear, confident and in control of their future through proper financial planning, wealth management and lifestyle modelling. Money is always a means, never the end. The focus is on understanding how clients think and feel about wealth, then building plans that support the life they want, not just the portfolio they hold. Over 90% of clients say they would recommend Finura, trust their planner and feel confident in the advice they receive. Your job is to help keep it that way.

About the Role

You will sit at the heart of the client journey, supporting planners and acting as a steady point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing client review packs and keeping the CRM fully up to date
  • Managing LOAs, chasing providers and making sure information is complete and accurate
  • Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
  • Working with lifestyle modelling outputs so paperwork and recommendations match what has been agreed with the client
  • Monitoring agreed service standards and making sure nothing slips through the gaps
  • Handling ad hoc client queries in a calm, clear and friendly way

You are the person who makes sure the plan on screen turns into real actions, on time and properly documented.

Qualifications

You will likely bring experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm in an administrative or client support role.

Required Skills

  • Confident handling provider platforms, LOAs and new business from end to end
  • Solid understanding of pensions and investments, with DC schemes and transfers a bonus
  • Strong organisation, task tracking and follow up, especially when juggling competing priorities
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and providers, with an approachable and professional style
  • High attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership for the work you deliver

Preferred Skills

If you enjoy being the person others rely on to keep things moving, you will fit in.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary depending on experience
  • Annual bonus around 10% based on personal and business performance
  • Pension with strong employer contribution
  • Private medical cover
  • Income protection and life cover
  • Heka wellbeing allowance

  • Flexible, hybrid working with time in the London office
