HDD and Outfall Lead (Horizontal Directional Drilling and Outfall Lead)

Redcar, Teesside – 5 days per week on site with occasional trips to London

Initial 12 Month Contract

Outside IR35

A HDD and Outfall Lead is required to work on a long term contract basis to support a large Energy Transition project based in Teesside.

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• As the HDD and Outfall Lead, you will be responsible for project management of HDD subcontractors: coordination of project progress meetings, technical review meetings, risk assessments, readiness review meetings
• Documentation: Review and coordinate subcontractor design documentation, installation procedures and final as-builts in line with project requirements
• Reporting: As the HDD and Outfall Lead, you will be responsible for project operation reporting for each scope. Prepare the reporting for the installation engineering periodic meetings
• Interface: Interface with all discipline (HSE, QC, Draughting, Engineering,) Company and other Subcontractors
• Site Work: Supervise all HDD site work from mobilisation, equipment installation, execution, testing and demobilisation both onshore and offshore

What are we looking for?

Experience:

• Proven experience in HDD (horizonal directional drilling) construction
• As the HDD and Outfall Lead, any knowledge of diving support works beneficial

Education / Certification: OGUK Medical
