Machine Shop Supervisor – Precision Engineering

The Role:
You’ll be leading a team within the Machine Shop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
- Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift
- Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues
- Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
What we’re looking for:
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Background in a machine shop or precision engineering environment
- Strong understanding of machining processes and shop floor operations
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Someone who can engage, motivate, and develop a team
