Job description
Mane is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-performing line maintenance team operating a modern jet fleet in a fast-paced, high-frequency environment where leadership truly matters.
This is an opportunity to lead from the front, overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, driving safety and compliance, and mentoring a skilled team of engineers to deliver operational excellence.
The Role
- Lead and coordinate line maintenance activities (scheduled & reactive)
- Drive safe, compliant, and efficient operations
- Support AOG recovery and defect rectification
- Foster a strong team culture focused on performance and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 Licence
- Minimum 5 years certification experience
- At least one current aircraft type rating
- Proven leadership experience in a line maintenance environment
- Strong communication and team development mindset
