Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (Fintech)

£40–50k | London - 2 days in office

I’m working with a fast-growing fintech startup building out their core engineering team ahead of a major product launch.

They’re at that sweet spot where things are moving quickly, there’s real ownership, and you’ll see the impact of what you’re building - not just another cog in a big machine.

They’re looking for a solid mid-level full-stack developer who wants to get stuck in and be part of shaping the product as it evolves.

Stack:

• .NET/ Python
• React
• AWS

What they’re looking for:

• ~2–3 years’ full-stack experience
• Strong fundamentals (they care about problem-solving, not just frameworks)
• Experience with APIs, databases, and scalable systems
• Some cloud exposure (AWS ideal)
• Someone who enjoys a bit of pace and ambiguity

They’re also doing some interesting work around AI, so it’s a nice chance to get exposure there if that’s something you’re curious about.
