Freelance AI Creative Talent – Conceptual, Designer, Motion, Video - Full Time or Hybrid in Central London

Day rates are flexible depending on experience (Creative Technologists typically higher).

Location: Onsite (5 days per week) with occasional flexibility for remote days

We’re currently supporting a large creative organisation exploring how to integrate AI into creative production workflows and internal tools. As part of this, they are looking to build a small AI capability team to support their existing creative departments.

We’re mapping freelance talent across the following profiles:

• AI-Enabled Designers / Generative Artists – Using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion in concepting and production

• Motion / Video Creatives using AI – Motion designers experimenting with generative video workflows

• Creative Technologists (Design + Code) – Hybrid profiles building internal tools, automation, or AI-assisted creative workflows

Most strong candidates currently have 1–3 years of practical AI experimentation layered onto an existing creative career, with strong portfolios demonstrating AI integration.
