Real Estate Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Southampton

A Legal 500-ranked real estate team in Southampton is recruiting as part of a wider growth strategy, and the platform is significant.

You would be joining a highly ranked team working on corporate occupier mandates and corporate support work, with cross-office collaboration on larger transactions and the opportunity to take a leading role as the team continues to expand.

The Work

You will advise corporate occupier clients on the expansion, disposal and management of their property portfolios, lead on real estate transactions, and provide corporate support on deals where property is a key component.

At 5+ PQE, you will be expected to run your own caseload with autonomy, supervise junior lawyers where appropriate, and contribute to business development and the wider strategic direction of the team.

You will work closely with the partners based in Hampshire, but you will also collaborate cross-office with colleagues in London and regionally on larger, multi-jurisdictional transactions. That national reach gives you exposure to significant deals while remaining regionally based.
