A growing FinTech business operating across capital markets is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of data and AI-driven products.
The firm has built a centralised data platform capturing large-scale transactional data across trading and post-trade workflows. This role will focus on transforming that data into client-facing analytics, predictive insights, and decision-support tools used by institutional market participants.
The Role

- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities across trading and post-trade workflows spanning equities, fixed income, derivatives and financing markets
- Lead product discovery, translating complex market structure and workflow challenges into scalable product solutions
- Develop data products and analytics tools that provide actionable insights across the full trade lifecycle
- Own backlog prioritisation, balancing commercial value, technical complexity, and delivery timelines
- Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready products
- Establish best practices around AI adoption, including governance, explainability, and data integrity
- Support client engagement and product positioning, acting as a subject matter expert in discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management within FinTech, capital markets, or data-driven SaaS environments
- Strong domain knowledge across capital markets, with exposure to trading and/or post-trade workflows across asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, financing, collateral)
- Understanding of how data is generated, processed, and utilised across the trade lifecycle (front-to-back is a plus)
- Proven experience building client-facing data products, analytics platforms, or decision-support tools
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and modern data architectures (e.g. Data lakes)
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to financial datasets
- Ability to translate complex market and client requirements into clear product deliverables
- Experience working in Agile environments with ownership of backlog, prioritisation, and delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and commercial teams
