Freelance Paid Social Designer - D2C Brand (Hybrid, London)

We’re looking for a creative, Paid Social/Performance Marketing Designer to join a fast-growing D2C brand on a freelance basis in London. This is a unique chance to help shape the brand’s social presence across paid channels.

The Paid Social Designer will:

• Design static and video content for social media campaigns
• Create motion assets for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, paid ads)
• Develop platform-native creative that drives engagement and conversion
• Collaborate closely with brand and performance teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong D2C experience - balancing performance and brand
• Confident in static, video, and motion design
• Skilled at short-form, social-first content for paid and campaigns (examples)
• Collaborative and adaptable, working across multiple channels

Location: Hybrid - London
