The ideal candidate will work part of a funds legal team for a respected private equity firm.
Responsibilities
- Fund establishment work
- Review and negotiate LPA's and side letters
- Draft complex legal agreements
- Get involved in wider legal activities where required
Qualifications/Skills:
- England & Wales Qualified
- Minimum of 2 PQE, ideally more
- Private Equity Fund experience preferable
