Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Manchester - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Salary: £75,000, plus performance-based bonus


About the Role

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading organisation within the Finance industry who operate a product led delivery model. With year-on-year growth and after recent investment, they’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to own end-to-end product development and work within a collaborative team environment.


What You’ll Do as a Product Manager:

  • Own products from concept through to launch and scale, ensuring they deliver real customer and commercial value.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and third parties to deliver integrations, APIs, and seamless system connectivity.
  • Leverage agentic AI across the product customer journey, automating processes and understanding key customer trends.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced, delivery-led environments.
  • Strong experience working with products in a B2C environment, working on integrations and APIs.
  • Experience using AI in a professional setting is desired.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance products through data, insights, and experimentation to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Proactively uncover friction points and inefficiencies across customer journeys and operational processes
  • Lead an ongoing test-and-learn approach, quickly translating insights into delivered improvements
  • Clearly and proactively communicate updates, trade-offs, and potential risks
  • Support in promoting an AI-first approach, and helping the wider team adopt these practices
