Project Manager – Operations & Delivery | Hybrid | Up to £50,000 DOE

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of tenders and live orders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, protect margins, and drive process improvements across multi-category projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project delivery and CPAs for multi-category projects.
• Coordinate Commercial, Creative, Product, Procurement, Compliance, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor timelines, costs, and risks; escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and support post-project reviews.
• Identify and escalate project risks with actionable recommendations.
• Capture learnings from completed projects to improve processes.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in project or production management.
• Strong multi-stakeholder coordination and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy: Monday.com, Excel, ERP systems.
