ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated Employer’s Agent to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring significant post-contract experience from a Senior Project Manager or Employer’s Agent role, alongside exposure to both pre- and post-contract stages.
This full-time, hybrid position involves working closely with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK, typically ranging from £20m–£150m.
You will take ownership of project performance across programme, quality and risk, ensuring alignment with client objectives from inception through to completion. There is an immediate opportunity to lead high-profile schemes.
We are particularly interested in individuals who are forward-thinking and open to the evolving role of digital technology and structured data in the construction industry, and who are keen to embed data-led approaches to enhance project reporting and delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership of day-to-day project management services across assigned projects
- Strong technical capability in delivering project management processes and administering JCT forms of contract through the full project lifecycle
- Solid understanding of programme management, risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of development drivers and client objectives
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including engagement at senior level
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members within a project environment
- Confidence chairing project meetings and driving effective decision-making
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, consultants and colleagues
- High attention to detail with a clear understanding of quality assurance and governance processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ideally MRICS or another relevant professional qualification
- Demonstrable passion for the real estate and construction industry
- Interest in digital and data-led approaches to project management, with a willingness to engage with evolving tools and structured reporting frameworks used across the business
