Requirements:

• Proven experience managing teams of different sizes
• Must have a strong background in luxury retail, within leather goods or accessories
• Solid track record in clienteling and building long-term client relationships
• Results-driven with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Fluent English and right to work in the UK are essential
