Job Title: Territory Manager – Orthopaedics

Location: Midlands

Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to take ownership of a key Midlands region. This role is focused on driving sales growth, maintaining strong clinical relationships, and ensuring consistent support within theatre environments.

The position plays a critical role in protecting and expanding territory revenue through effective account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established Midlands territory within Orthopaedics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders
• Provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures where required
• Drive product adoption and increase market share across key accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS and private settings
• Deliver product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals
• Maintain a high level of territory planning and pipeline management
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service and stock availability

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• Proven track record in Medical Device Sales (ideally Orthopaedics or surgical)
• Experience managing a defined geographic territory
• Strong relationship-building skills with clinical stakeholders
• Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Orthopaedics experience (hips, knees, extremities, or similar)
• Theatre-based sales experience
• Existing relationships within the Midlands region
