Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Fundraising: Identify, target, and secure commitments from new investors, focusing on family offices and HNWIs in the UK, Middle East, and US.
  • Own Investor Relations: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with the firm's investor base, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring they are always informed and engaged.
  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Manage the IR Analyst, develop the firm's marketing strategy, and lead the transition of existing investors to the new Cayman fund.
  • Be the Firm's Brand Steward: Collaborate on creating compelling pitch decks and thought leadership content, and represent the firm at key industry events.

Candidate Profile

  • Connected & Credible: The ideal candidate has a strong, verifiable network within the London investment community and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • A Deal-Maker: They are driven by results and have a proven track record of fundraising and building investor relationships.
  • A Storyteller: They can articulate complex investment strategies (especially long/short equity) with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • An Entrepreneur: They are proactive, self-sufficient, and motivated by the idea of building something significant. They thrive on competition and performance.

Why Join?

  • Compelling Narrative: Join a fund with a demonstrable track record of outperformance and a unique market position.
  • Growth & Impact: Play a critical leadership role in a pivotal moment (a new fund launch) and have contributions directly impact the firm's success.
  • Entrepreneurial Culture: Work in a flat, dynamic environment with a talented and driven investment team.
  • Performance-Led Rewards: Be compensated for success with a competitive package that includes significant performance-based incentives.
